Jonathan Broer

Jonathan is Validere's SVP, Business Development & Strategy.  In this role, he is responsible for all of Validere's go-to-market efforts as well as working with the CEO and leadership team on our future strategic direction.

Jonathan has been involved in enterprise sales for almost his entire career. This has given him a unique understanding of how to create high-value solutions that address customer needs and assist them in developing their businesses.  Prior to joining Validere, he spent 26 years as an investment banker based in Toronto, New York and London, covering clients from across North America, the EU/UK and Asia.  He led client coverage teams in a number of industries with the last 5+ years focused almost entirely on energy transition issues for major global corporates and investors.

Jonathan holds a Joint LLB/MBA degree from York University, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto.
