Kevin is Validere’s SVP of Services and Operations. He leads a world-class team of professionals responsible for ensuring Validere’s clients achieve successful outcomes and experiences with our solutions.
Kevin has spent his career advising clients on business and technology transformation, and has led over 50 client engagements across strategy and implementation at some of the world’s largest organizations. Prior to joining Validere, he was an executive in Accenture’s Technology Strategy practice based in Toronto.
He is passionate about people development, coaching, and cultivating a happy, high-performing culture on his teams.
Outside of work, Kevin sits on the Board of Directors of UCG, a pro bono consulting group that services clients in the non-profit and social sector while providing practical experience and mentorship for student consultants.
He is an avid adventure traveller and loves to nerd out about food and drink.
