Matthew Goldsilver is Validere’s VP of Finance, bringing more than 20 years experience in Finance to the role.
He has accumulated an incredible breadth and depth of experience throughout his career, including consulting in Transaction Advisory Services where engagements included being a member of multiple diligence teams and working on several acquisitions and divestitures across varied industries. At the behest of a client, he later transitioned to an internal role and has spent the last 15 years running the finance departments of high growth companies in the Healthcare and SaaS industries.
