Misha is leading the Analytics team at Validere and is responsible for managing the development of analytics product features throughout their lifecycle, including their discovery, validation and implementation.

Misha brings a mix of technical academic experience in physical chemistry, high performance computing and machine learning together with the commercial experience in data science.

Outside of work Misha enjoys playing volleyball, practicing acrobatics tricks, listening to opera and reading about leadership
