Validere is excited to welcome Tarun Ajwani to the senior leadership team.
Tarun brings more than 15 years of experience successfully building and scaling exchanges and brokerages. Most recently, Tarun was responsible for establishing a crude oil cash and futures brokerage in Canada for Marex Spectron, one of the largest commodities brokers in Europe. Prior to Marex Spectron, Tarun held increasingly senior roles within the TMX Group, where he was responsible for the startup of Shorcan Energy Brokers and TSX Private Markets. Tarun is a graduate of Sir Wilfrid Laurier University and is a holder of the Chartered Accountant designation, and Series 3 & 30 of the National Futures Association.
